Sokolovskis Aleksandras
Aleksandras Sokolovskis – poet.
He was born 26 February, 1935 in Nelydiškiai, Vilnius district.
In 1960 he finished his studies of mathematics and physics and acquired a specialty of a teacher at Vilnius Teachers’ Institute. He has worked as a teacher and as a principle at school. From 1987 he gave lectures at Vilnius Pedagogical University. His works were included in almanacks in Lithuania and Poland. He writes in Polish.
A member of Lithuanian Writers’ Union since 1992.
