Jakučiūnas Andrius
Andrius Jakučiūnas – prose writer, literary critic.
He was born 2 July, 1976 in Vilnius.
In 2004 he finished his studies of classical philology at Vilnius University. After his studies , he worked as a teacher of the Lithuanian language and literature and the Latin language. From 2003 he was writing for a website of the humoristic and marginal literature www.nevykeliai.lt (the website gained a backing from Media Support Foundation in 2005). At the present time he is a freelance artist. He cooperates with cultural press and internet portals, he writes reviews, articles, essays and has a broadcast “Kultūros komentarai” at National Radio and Television.
A member of Lithuanian Writers’ Union since 2006.
