Česlova Jakštytė (real name: Česė Aldona Kavaliauskienė) – poetess.
She was born 21 January, 1951 in Lepšiai, Šakiai district.
She studied at Marijampolė culture school. She worked at the house-museum of composer Jonas Bendorius for 12 years. Now she works at Marijampolė Local History museum. Studies at Third Age University, at Culture and Art Faculty. She started writing poems while she was still at school. Her poems were published in cultural press, almanacks and collections.
A member of Lithuanian Writers’ Union since 2007.
