Danielius Mušinskas – prose writer.
He was born 4 November in Telšiai.
He finished his studies of Lithuanian language and literature at Vilnius University in 1974. He worked as a teacher in Tryškiai (1974-1975) and at editorial office of magazine “Jaunimo gretos” as a chairman of Culture department (1976-1988). From 1996 till 2001 he was an inspector of journalistic ethics. During the years of 1994-2015 he was an editor in chief of monthly “Metai”. His works have been translated into Estonian and Italian languages.
A member of Lithuanian Writers' Union since 1983.
