Gintautas Dabrišius – poet.
He was born 10 October, 1950 in Sarginė, Prienai district.
In 1965 he finished eight grades in Šilavotas Secondary school and then the chairman of collective farm send him to study beekeeping at Mičiurinas Gardening Technikum in Kaunas. In 1969-1971 he served in Soviet army. From 1971 he lived and worked in Kaunas. His debut was in 1975 in magazine “Jaunimo gretos”.
A member of Lithuanian Writers’ Union since 1990.
